The internet is a perpetual source of information. While this abundance of information exists, I often face frustration with the lack of complete information that is factual, understandable and applicable to mypainweb.
During the past 25 years since mypainweb began I have searched, gathered, sourced, asked, read, documented, noted, and collected information on an almost daily basis in an attempt to leave behind mypainweb as a bad memory.
Little did I know that the day-to-day detail accumulation of data that I had collected was allowing me to reveal mypainweb, to help me understand and take charge of my chronic pain.
I share all this information with you in a format that’s user-friendly, easy to understand and useable, to help you reveal your own painweb and help you restore some quality in your life.
